Where We Build
Atlanta Habitat builds in select neighborhoods and cities. The property the homebuyer selects will depend on availability at the time of selection. We work closely with our participants to match their needs.

Construction Methods
Our homes exceed specific green building, energy efficiency, and sustainability guidelines. From site preparation to the final build day, we use recognized sustainability practices in home design, materials, construction, landscaping, and waste management. We build craftsman-styled, one- and two-story houses. Our redesigned home options include three- and four-bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms fully equipped with all appliances, large porches, landscaped yards, and parking pads.
We use the same quality, design, and construction standards when we renovate existing houses in neighborhoods where we construct new homes.
