Atlanta Habitat for Humanity announces the appointment of four new leaders to its 2025 board of directors: Susan Boyd, Miller + Boyd; Bryan Langley, Floor & Decor; Chad Plunkett, PulteGroup; and Niya Randall of Gold Green Collectives LLC who is the first-ever Atlanta Habitat homeowner to serve on the board. These community advocates round out an exemplary board committed to supporting the organization’s mission to transform generations of families through the power of homeownership.

Deepening Impact

“Homeownership is the surest path to building generational wealth in America, and we are committed to empowering families to achieve this milestone with the support of servant leaders like our board members,” said Rosalyn Merrick, Atlanta Habitat president and CEO. “This group of trailblazers will champion our fundraising efforts, and they will deepen our impact as we work to increase homeownership, expand and diversify our home build portfolio, and revitalize targeted neighborhoods in the City of Atlanta and South Fulton.”

Atlanta Habitat is more than an affordable homes developer. The organization also operates as a mortgage lender and educator, helping families break through financial barriers by offering education programs and wraparound services. Uniquely as a developer, Atlanta Habitat maintains a 30-year relationship with homeowners to ensure they continue to thrive and grow.
