Candytopia Treats Atlanta Habitat Families with Candy Wonderland Experience
August 14, 2019
If anyone deserves a family fun day, it’s our hardworking Atlanta Habitat homeowners who are forging new paths through homeownership – and we’re thankful that Candytopia, a candy wonderland pop-up museum, thought so too.
The candy-filled exhibition was inspired by “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory”. According to the Atlanta Jewish Times, Candytopia co-founder and Global Candy artist, Jackie Sorkin said “she was raised on the movie and the principles in the movie of dream big and be a good person.”
With the same spirit as the classic movie, Candytopia decided to conclude its five-month run in Atlanta by dedicating its last three days to community outreach. As a result, nearly 30 Atlanta Habitat families got a chance to explore a variety of candy-made installations and possibly even got their sweet tooth satisfied. See for yourself.
Thank you Candytopia for hosting and treating our families with such an incredible experience!
