Atlanta Habitat Partners with The UPS Foundation for a UPS Volunteer Day
Hundreds of employees from both organizations demonstrate commitment to volunteerism
WHAT:
Atlanta Habitat and The UPS Foundation – the philanthropic arm of UPS – have partnered to host a volunteer day benefiting Atlanta Habitat Families. The event is open to employees from each organization.
This volunteer event complements UPS’s commitment to contribute 30 million volunteer hours globally by 2030, including one million hours dedicated to underserved Black communities.
The event also underscores the heart of Atlanta Habitat’s mission to change the trajectory for generations of families through home ownership. Now in its 40th year, Atlanta Habitat has served more than 2,400 families with first-time home purchase, rehab and critical home repair services and education programs.
