That’s why Atlanta Habitat for Humanity works closely with partner organizations like Invest Atlanta, the city’s economic development entity, to ensure our community has access to the necessary resources for safe and affordable homeownership.
As part of their Southeast Atlanta Open House Tour Saturday, June 10, Invest Atlanta visited Atlanta Habitat’s Browns Mill Village. This exciting event provided aspiring homeowners with a unique opportunity to explore vibrant neighborhoods in Southeast Atlanta while also receiving expert guidance on the homebuying process, and how to find and use resources to maintain their dream homes for years to come.
Our dedicated Atlanta Habitat team was on site, showcasing the life-transforming programs we offer to provide safe and affordable homeownership. Event attendees had the chance to learn about the Habitat home application process and financial guidance programs available for homeownership, as well as discover how they can get involved as donors and volunteers.
The Browns Mill Village development stands as a shining example of a vibrant and transformative community in Atlanta. With more than 20 homeowners and families already residing in Browns Mill Village, it serves as a testament to Atlanta Habitat’s commitment to creating sustainable, inclusive, and thriving neighborhoods.
