ATLANTA – Feb. 7, 2023 Atlanta Habitat announces the appointment of three new Board members – Lille Louise-Fils of Bank of America; R. Their combined experience and extensive community involvement will support the organization’s mission to transform generations of families through homeownership.

“As we honor 40 years of service in Atlanta, we’re keenly focused on engaging servant leaders who will help us deepen our impact on the homeowners and the neighborhoods we serve,” said Alan Ferguson, CEO of Atlanta Habitat. “From single mothers to seniors and veterans, our organization does more than build homes — we strengthen families and uplift communities.”

Lille Louise-Fils is an Executive Director for Bank of America where she has served in a variety of Consumer Banking and Investments leadership positions for the past 12 years. With more than 23 years of experience in the financial services industry, Lille is currently a Chair on the Black Executive Leadership Council and Chair for the Consumer Investments Black and African American Initiatives.

Kirk Rich has more than 37 years of commercial real estate experience and currently serves as the Principal of Avison Young Atlanta’s Agency Leasing Group. He has completed more than 3,000 commercial leasing, property acquisition and disposition transactions, and represented more than 12 million square feet of commercial space while assisting local, national and multinational firms. He has also served on a number of community boards, lending his expertise to the city he calls home.

Christopher Good is a founding Partner of Goode Van Slyke Architecture and recently celebrated 26 years of practice in various sectors throughout Georgia and its surrounding states. His work has included multi-family developments, federal work, corporate facilities, commercial facilities, museums, sports facilities, and educational facilities where projects have ranged from under $100,000 to $1.6 billion.

“We are eager to activate these exemplary leaders in our mission work,” said Ferguson, who grew up in South DeKalb County and took the helm as Atlanta Habitat CEO in July 2022. “We’re confident in their ability to help raise funds and increase visibility for the many ways Atlanta Habitat helps families achieve their dream of home ownership.”
